That depends on many factors, including: where you are practicing, what setting you are working in (you make more in private practice), what additional training you have completed, etc. I can tell you this--- practitoners in a private practice setting make more than those in an agency setting. Also, here in NYC, master's level social workers in private practice make the same as Ph.D.'s in private practice, so that is less significant. I am in private practice in NYC, with a master's and post-grad training, and make 6 figures. Hope that helps!
